Yellow has filed the expected massive change of operations documents to consolidate Holland and New Penn into Yellow across the Midwest, East and South, including freight terminals in Local 71.
The proposed implementation date will be April 30th. The proposed change would create 121 utility driver positions at 39 terminals.
The local will be meeting with the company in February to discuss the impact these changes will have on our terminals. If you have questions, submit them in writing to your shop steward or to the union hall.
